It all started in late 2007 when Mr. Umesh Patel was declared the owner of the old Budget Inn. The motel, for 4-5 long months, underwent a complete facelift from the ground up. We ripped out everything from the room until it was bare walls and concrete, and then we put fresh new paint, carpet, beds, and everything else you could think of. May 1, 2008 marked the grand opening of the new Americas Best Value Inn & Suites, which is a complete change from the old, for the betterment of our customers.
